2) The Role: UI / UX / Graphic Designer
At the heart of everything we do is the ORCHA Digital Platform. It’s current purpose is to support the ORCHA review team to assess Digital Health Applications and as our business grows we are looking to increase the functionality of the Platform so that it can support automation of the review team processes, capture new datasets that are critical to identifying the Applications and support a network of specialist partners who are dedicated to improving the quality and standards of Digital Health Applications.
We are building a new Technical Team within the business that will support the full project lifecycle from analysis, development and deployment of the ORCHA Digital Platform. Working closely with the Review Team and Product Managers the Technical Team will ensure that we are able to respond quickly and effectively to client and market requirements to grow the business.
Because this is a new team, we are looking for a mix of skills and experience to cover the full array of the development cycle from front end to back end and encompassing digital and web design. Successful candidates will be joining ORCHA
at a key stage of its development with the core Platform being re-engineered to allow for the significantly expanding work we are delivering.
You will have the opportunity to shape and influence the products and associated
technology strategy for the business and to be part of a roadmap of development
As a UI / UX / Graphic Designer at ORCHA you will be a key member of our growing Tech team, working with a passionate group of developers. You will also work closely with our Data Analytics team, whose work with machine learning and real
time forecasting is key to moving the business forward. This role will lead the full stack development for all ORCHA's products.
You will have a proven track record of creating, maintaining and delivering excellent code in a busy environment. This role is perfect for a passionate developer who wants to own first-of-kind products in an exciting start up environment.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also
have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our
clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
